- The Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM) entrusted with consumer protection, competition, and regulation of the energy, telecommunication, postal services and transport markets.
- The Inspectorate SZW (Inspectie SZW: I-SZW) supervises compliance with the Foreign Nationals Employment Act, the Minimum Wage and Minimum Holiday Allowance Act, the Working Conditions Act and the Working Hours Act.
- The Netherlands Food and Consumer Product Safety Authority (Nederlandse Voedsel- en Warenautoriteit: nVWA) entrusted with animal and plant health and food and product safety.
- The Dutch Data Protection Autority (DPA) (Autoriteit persoonsgegevens: AP) entrusted with data protection and data breaches.
